2012 Professional Standards Training Seminars

Each year PAR holds a series of Professional Standards training seminars to help train members involved in the Professional Standards enforcement process.  These seminars are intended for members who serve on the Grievance or Professional Standards committees at either the local or state level, as well as members who serve on the local or state Board of Directors. 

Check the list of seminar sites below to determine which session you would like to attend, then register online.

Attendance at one of the yearly seminars is mandatory for state committee members from local associations that participate in the Statewide Professional Standards Cooperative, and is also mandatory for many local associations.  Members of the state committees or board of directors that come from non-participating associations must also attend a training seminar in order to be eligible to serve as hearing panelists or appeal panelists.  Check with your local Professional Standards Administrator if you have questions about whether attendance is required.
