Each year PAR presents three awards to recognize members’ unique contributions to the profession and to the organization. Winners are announced at the Fall Business Meetings.

Awards criteria are established and updated by the PAR Board of Directors. Deadline for nominations is Aug. 1 of each year.

• The REALTOR® of the Year Award is the greatest honor bestowed upon a REALTOR® by peers at the state level. The award recognizes meritorious contributions to the advancement of the profession and to the real estate community. All REALTOR® members are eligible for nomination.

• The Distinguished Service Award recognizes an individual who has significantly contributed to the REALTOR® organization. All REALTOR® and REALTOR®-ASSOCIATE members are eligible for nomination. Certain eligibility requirements apply.

• REALTOR® Active in Politics (RAP) Award recognizes an individual who has significantly advanced the legislative agenda of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® through political involvement. All REALTOR® and REALTOR®-ASSOCIATE members are eligible for nomination.
