2024 Spring Business Meetings
The Spring Business Meetings will be held Monday and Tuesday, June 3 and 4, at the Hilton Harrisburg. Meetings begin at 8:30 a.m. on Monday and will be held over two days. The Board of Directors will meet at 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4, with a hybrid option.
Registration for the Spring Business Meetings will close at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, May 26. After completing registration, you can book your accommodations for the entirety of your stay.
If you are also attending Realtor® Day on the Hill, you must register separately.
RSVP for Individual Meetings
Committee meetings, district meetings and the board of directors meeting are open to active PAR members.
After registering for the Business Meetings, log into the PAR Meeting Center to RSVP for each in-person meeting you wish to attend. You will find all agendas, minutes and Issues Briefing Papers in the Meeting Center 10 days prior to the meetings.

Meet and hear from the candidates running for 2025 PAR offices.

RPAC Night in Monte Carlo
Monday, June 3 at 5:45 p.m.
Enjoy food, beverages, music, various gambling tables, a silent auction and sweepstakes events at this 70s-themed RPAC Night in Monte Carlo.

RRC Luncheon
Tuesday, June 4 at noon
Join speaker Melanie McLane as she discusses buyer agency agreements, talking points for sellers and avoiding anti-trust.
Separate registration is required.

Board of Directors Meeting
Tuesday, June 4 at 1:45 p.m.
The board of directors will meet with a hybrid option. Be sure to RSVP using the Meeting Center after registering to attend the Spring Business Meetings.

Realtor® Day on the Hill
June 4 - 5
Join the PA General Assembly for a reception on Tuesday night, then take the Realtor® message to the Capitol on Wednesday morning.
Separate registration is required.
Overnight Accommodations
Those attending the business meetings can make reservations at the Hilton Harrisburg, Crowne Plaza Harrisburg or Comfort Suites.
The meeting registration confirmation email includes group codes and information on how to book overnight accommodations.
Are you also attending Realtor® Day on the Hill? Make your reservation for the entirety of your stay, including Tuesday night, and complete the Realtor® Day on the Hill registration.

As a reminder, by registering and attending the above-referenced PAR in-person event, I acknowledge and affirm that:
- Attending an in-person event or meeting carries a certain degree of risk that may result in illness, disability or death from COVID-19, and certain vulnerable individuals with underlying health conditions may have greater health risks associated with exposure to COVID-19.
- PAR and/or the venue may establish various requirements, guidelines and/or recommendations designed to reduce the risks associated with COVID-19.
- I will comply with all COVID-19 rules that are provided in advance of the meeting and/or posted at the meeting and will leave the meeting upon request if I do not follow those rules.
