PAR Legal Hotline – One of PAR’s Most Valued Member Benefits
With the complexity of many of today’s real estate transactions, sooner or later every REALTOR® runs into a legal problem.
That’s why there’s the PAR Legal Hotline.
The members-only legal hotline provides experienced attorneys who can answer basic legal questions. The service is available weekdays between 9 and 11 a.m. and 1 and 3 p.m. Information for accessing the Hotline is here. (You must be logged in to access this document. Click here to log in.)

PAR Legal Action Fund
PAR’s Legal Action Fund educates members on their legal rights and responsibilities and provides legal assistance to member boards, associations and individuals. Cases funded by the Legal Action Fund are generally those that involve the development of precedents at the appellate court level and/or those that are of interest to the industry as a whole.
The PAR Legal Action Fund is overseen by a group of five Trustees.
