Pennsylvania REALTORS® Institute (PRI) is your preferred source for professional real estate education. PRI is the exclusive sponsor in PA of the
Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) program.
You can rely on PRI because it is owned and operated by the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® and licensed by the PA Real Estate Commission and the PA Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs.
All Pennsylvania real estate licensees are required to complete 14 hours of continuing education (CE) credit every two years. Individuals licensed on or after December 1, 2007 and November 30, 2009 are required to take 14 hours of CE in specific, mandatory, Commission-approved topics. Learn more about
