APPRAISAL CONTINUING EDUCATION
Appraisers must complete 28 hours of continuing professional education by June 30 of every odd-numbered year. Many of the courses offered by the Pennsylvania REALTORS® Institute for real estate continuing education are also approved by the State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers for appraisal continuing education credit.
