PAR Awards

Each year PAR presents three awards to recognize members’ unique contributions to the profession and to the organization.

Awards criteria are established and updated by the PAR Board of Directors. Deadline for nominations is Aug. 1 of each year.

  • The REALTOR® of the Year Award is the greatest honor bestowed upon a REALTOR® by peers at the state level. The award recognizes meritorious contributions to the advancement of the profession and to the real estate community. All REALTOR® members are eligible for nomination.
  • The Distinguished Service Award recognizes an individual who has significantly contributed to the REALTOR® organization. All REALTOR® members are eligible for nomination.

  • REALTOR® Active in Politics (RAP) Award recognizes an individual who has significantly advanced the legislative agenda of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® through political involvement. All REALTOR® and REALTOR®-ASSOCIATE members are eligible for nomination.

PAR EXCELLENCE CLUB

The PAR Excellence Club honors REALTORS® and REALTOR-ASSOCIATES® who have exhibited a high standard of professionalism through active participation in National, State or Local Association/Board activities, business activity and pursuit of education in the real estate field. Any PAR member is eligible to apply.
