Bette McTamney is a broker/owner with ERA Platinum REALTORS®. She became a licensed REALTOR® in 1983; a licensed broker in 1989 and a broker/appraiser in 1995. She has experience as a relocation specialist/director, distinctive properties specialist, buyer representation, marketing director New Homes, Training Instructor for PAR/MCAR, Ethics/Pro standards. She is also a former Top Gun Instructor for ERA Franchise Systems.

Bette served as 2002 President of the Montgomery County Association of REALTORS® and was their REALTOR® of the Year in 1999. From 1997 to 2005 she was awarded the ERA National Award for the Top Broker Team Nationally. Bette received the 1996 ERA Top Gun Academy Award – the Top Team Award. From 2001 through 2005 she was the recipient of the RPAC Sterling “R” Award.

She serves on numerous committees at the local association level as well as at the state level. She was the chair of the Convention Advisory & Marketing Group and of the PR Image Campaign Task Force and the Professional Standards Committee. She has been a Sterling R contributor since 2001.

Bette resides in Norristown, Pennsylvania with her husband, Michael. She has two children.
