NOTE: Real estate licensees licensed on or after December 1, 2007 are required to take specific, mandatory, Commission-developed courses to fulfill the 2008-2010 continuing education requirement. The online programs listed above do not fulfill this requirement.
COURSE EXPIRATION AND EXTENSION POLICY
All course lessons on the computer must be completed within 180 days from the date of enrollment. You have 90 days to access and review the course content after you have completed the last lesson in a course.
If you cannot complete your course within the 180 days, you may purchase a 60 day extension for $50.00 from the Pennsylvania REALTORS® Institute. The 60 day extension period begins from the date your course originally expires. You may purchase up to three extensions per course. It is your responsibility to contact the Pennsylvania REALTORS® Institute to find out about purchasing an extension. It is recommended that you purchase the extension immediately after the course has expired in order to be able to have the full 60 days of the extension.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS
Once you have registered/purchased a course there are no refunds or exchanges. Please make sure you’ve read all of the necessary information before making your purchase final.
TRANSCRIPTS/CONTINUING EDUCATION
Within 30 days of course completion you will receive a paper transcript in the mail from the Pennsylvania REALTORS® Institute. It is your responsibility to maintain original copies of any transcripts in the event of an audit by the State Real Estate Commission.

The minimum System Requirements are:-
- PC with 450 MHz Intel Pentium II processor (or equivalent) and later
- 128 megabytes (MB) of RAM
- Super VGA (800 x 600) or higher-resolution video adapter and monitor
- Internet connection (minimum 56Kbps required, although we highly recommend a high speed connection such as DSL, cable, or T1)
- Printer (for course documentation and Student Affidavit)
