Diane DeBaise is an associate broker with Coldwell Banker Bainbridge-Kaufman Real Estate in Meadville, where she has received both the Diamond & Silver awards for multi-million dollar sales. She became a licensed REALTOR® in 1982 and a real estate broker in 1987. Diane holds three designations; CRB, CRS and GRI and became a licensed broker/appraiser in 1996 and has been a licensed Notary since 1986, she believes in on going REALTOR® education.

Since being licensed, Diane has been very active with her local board, the Greater Meadville Board of REALTORS®. She has served on various committees and held various positions for the board. She was 1997 and 2006 President of the Board and was the recipient of the REALTOR® of the Year Award both in 1997 and 2005.

Diane has been very active with PA Association of REALTORS® for the last 13 years, serving as 2005 & 2006 District 7 Vice-President and will continue to serve as your District Vice-President in 2007 and 2008. She has served six years as RPAC Trustee for District 7, and 2006 State President of Keystone Chapter CRB. She has served on the Convention Advisory & Marketing Group, the Legislative Committee / Subcommittees & Appraisal Forum for PAR. She received the REALTORS® Active in Politics of the Year Award in 2006.

Diane and her husband Andy (known to some as Babe) live in Meadville and have four children; Joe, Mark, Doug & Dawn.
