DNCQuickcheck is now a FREE member benefit for all PAR members. DNCQuickcheck allows users to verify phone numbers against both the Federal and State Do-Not-Call lists in an easy online interface. The service also allows users to maintain personal and/or brokerage Do-Not-Call lists, and when utilized at the brokerage level allows the broker to have an audit trail of all phone numbers that have been checked.
DNCQuickcheck is free for all PAR members; to set up an account for use at the brokerage level there is a one-time $50 set-up fee to the broker, but no ongoing fees.
When registering for DNCQuickcheck, you MUST use the PAR Member code (or a special brokerage code if the broker has signed up for a brokerage account).

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Are there any other steps I have to take to access DNCQuickcheck?
A: The first step -- before signing up for an account -- is to register with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for a "Subscriber Account Number" (SAN) that gives you access to the area codes in which you make calls. You get 5 area codes for free, so the vast majority of agents will not incur any charge from the FTC. Once you have your SAN you can register for DNCQuickcheck. The SAN must be renewed directly with the FTC each year. A full set of step-by-step registration instructions is on the
DNCQuickcheck Web site.
Q: What do I do if I have trouble signing up or using the system?
A: Support is available through PossibleNOW by sending an e-mail to
support@possiblenow.com or calling 1-800-585-4888.
Q: Is this really free?
A: For members who sign up for a single account there is no charge for the service. A broker may elect to sign up for a brokerage account that all the broker's agents can join. If the broker signs up there is a one-time $50 fee to set up this master account. The only other charge would be for agents who need to register for more than 5 area codes when they get their SAN from the FTC. This FTC registration fee is a mandatory fee set by the federal government and cannot be altered by PAR.
Q: Why would a broker want to sign up for a brokerage account?
A: DNCQuickcheck allows users to keep a personal Do-Not-Call list, and also provides a complete history showing all numbers that have been checked and the results of those checks. If a broker signs up for a master account the broker can maintain a single internal Do-Not-Call list for their office and the broker can monitor the activities of agents to be sure they are actually using the service as required. Without the brokerage level account a broker would rely on individual agents to sign up for the service and comply with the law, but with no direct oversight or verification available.
