• Greg Herb is the broker and president of Herb Real Estate, Inc. with offices in Gilbertsville and Pottstown. A lifelong resident of the Tri-County area, Greg has been in the real estate industry since 1979. He holds an associate degree with a major in real estate and has earned the designations of CRB, CRS and GRI.

• In the vastly changing environment of real estate, Greg has kept abreast through a commitment to continued education in order to better serve his clients as well as involvement within the industry.

• On the local level Greg has chaired many committees for the Montgomery County Association of REALTORS® and served as president. He has also been a member of the board of directors for the Suburban REALTORS® Alliance.

• On the state level, he has served as an officer for the PAR, District Vice-President, serves on several committees and task forces and continues as a director. Additionally Greg chairs the Board of Directions for Business Services for Real Estate (BSRE).

• On the national level, Greg has served on the Federal Housing Risk Management and Business Issues Committee and will chair the Marketing Forum as well as serve as a director for the National Association of REALTORS®. He also served on the board of directors for the CRB Council and was National CRB President in 2005.

• Additionally, Greg serves on community organizations including on the local board of directors for the United Way and the Boy Scouts of America, Hawk Mountain Council, where he received the Silver Beaver Award. He is also a member of the Tri-County Chamber of Commerce and Berks-Mont Business Association.

• Having obtained national sales awards for annual production, Greg has continued to personally be involved with listing and selling properties.

• Greg and his wife, Kathy, reside in Gilbertsville.
