Earn the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation completely online!
The Pennsylvania REALTORS® Institute is partnering with Cengage Learning | CompuTaught to offer the GRI designation in an online format. REALTORS® interested in earning the designation can now choose between the traditional Classroom Track (seven classroom-style courses, offered across the state) or the Online Track (three online courses taken at your convenience). Once you’ve selected a Track, the Pennsylvania GRI is within reach! Those members who have already begun their GRI designation in classroom-style courses must stay on the Classroom Track in order to achieve the designation.
The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation is the most prestigious, nationally recognized designation in the industry; the Cornerstone of REALTOR® education. There are no annual dues or renewal fees – as long as you remain an active REALTOR® member you maintain your GRI status. On average, GRI designees earn $33,200 more than non-designees. In today’s competitive business environment you need more than just motivation and initiative to succeed, you need the advantage of the education you receive in the GRI program.

The 60-day extension period begins from the date your course originally expired. It is your responsibility to contact the Pennsylvania REALTORS® Institute to find out about purchasing an extension. It is recommended that you purchase the extension immediately after the course has expired in order to be able to have the full 60 days of the extension.

Once you have purchased a course there are no refunds. Please make sure you’ve read all of the necessary information before making your purchase final.
Transcripts/Continuing Education
Within 30 days of course completion you will receive a paper transcript in the mail for your records. It is your responsibility to maintain the original copy of your transcript in the event of an audit by the State Real Estate Commission.
