· LouAnn is managing Northwood Realty Services offices in Somerset.

· LouAnn has been active in the real estate industry for over 10 years.

· She is Past President of the Fayette Board of REALTORS® and holds secondary membership with the Cambria-Somerset Association of REALTORS®.

· LouAnn has been honored by the Fayette Board as their REALTOR® of the Year in 2002 and 2003.

· Her areas of expertise include acreage, country property, existing home, farm and ranch, first time buyers, new construction, residential, retirement to name a few.

· On the state level, LouAnn has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the past five years, has served on the Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity Committee, the Convention Advisory & Marketing Group, Legislative Committee, Chair of the Professionalism Task Force, Screening Committee, Standard Forms Oversight Committee and Professional Standards Task Force. In 2008, she will be a member of the Executive Committee, PAR Board of Directors, Convention Advisory & Marketing Group, Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity Committee and the Legislative Committee.

· LouAnn has two married children, Laura and Matthew and Matthew, her grandson.
