Kim Skumanick, CRS, GRI

Kim Skumanick is an associate broker with Lewith and Freeman Real Estate in its Clarks Summit office. She was first licensed in 1994 and obtained her associate broker’s license in 1997.
A member of the Greater Scranton Board of REALTORS®, Kim served as president in 2003 and has chaired several committees including RPAC, Legislative, Finance, Membership and Grievance. She also holds a secondary membership in the Greater Wilkes-Barre Association of REALTORS® and its MLS.
In addition to her duties as PAR District 1 Vice-President, Kim serves as chairman of PAR’s Issues Mobilization Committee, vice-chair of the Legislative Planning Group, and treasurer of RPAC. In 2003, she was the recipient of PAR’s REALTOR® Active in Politics Award.
At the national level, Kim served for nine years as the Federal Political Coordinator for the 10th Congressional District and is a member of the President’s Circle. She is a member of NAR’s Land Use, Property Rights and Environment Committee and is currently serving her first term as an NAR director.
Kim is a graduate of Penn State University and resides in Tunkhannock, Wyoming County with her husband and son.
