| Leaders play an important role in keeping the PA Association of REALTORS® a vital organization. PAR is dedicated to recruiting REALTORS® to become active leaders in the association's governance structure. |

| LeadershipPAR is a unique training opportunity that enhances the skills REALTORS® need to build their confidence, improve their communications skills and increase their ability to work as part of a team. The educational retreats, including spokesperson training developed especially for LeadershipPAR participants, are designed to enhance overall leadership skills. National industry experts lead these highly interactive seminars. |

| LeadershipPAR participants are also required to attend PAR's annual Government Affairs Seminar and one PAR Business Meeting. |

| This exclusive training program is limited each year to 12 Pennsylvania REALTORS®. |

| Skills acquired through LeadershipPAR are designed to develop future leaders within local, state and national associations, the real estate profession and local communities. |
