Patrice Merzanis, CAE, RCE

Patrice Merzanis began her career with the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® as Director of Member Services. Her title was expanded to include Legal Services, and then eventually changed again to Deputy Executive Vice President in 2002. She was named Executive Vice President of the Association in January 2004.
Patrice has been an integral part of many of PAR’s major accomplishments, including the establishment of a Legal Hotline, PAR Standard Forms, re-defining agency in Pennsylvania, and development of PAR’s Web-site and member outreach programs.
Patrice is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, where she majored in English. She earned her Certified Association Executive designation in 2003. She is an avid reader, a semi-retired musician and songwriter, and a published fiction writer and poet.
