· Pat is an associate broker with Keller Williams Advantage Realty in State College.
· She has been in the real estate business since 1986 and has been a broker since 1989.
· Her specialties are residential sales, referrals, relocation and new construction.
· Pat served as president of the Huntingdon County Board from 2001 – 2005 and has served as the RPAC chair for the Board. She is also a member of the Centre County Association and serves on their Education, MLS and Grievance Committees.
· She serves the Centre County Housing Authority, Centre County Housing Cabinet and the Centre County Affordable Housing Coalition. She is also a member of the Bellefonte Historical and Architectural Review Board.
· She serves on NAR’s Housing Needs Committee.
· At PAR, Pat has served on most committees including Legislative, Finance Convention and Marketing & Standard Forms. She is a member of the Specialized Practices Subcommittee and has served on various Task Forces. Pat is also a member of the RPAC Governor’s Club.
· Pat hold the following awards: PAR Excellence Lifetime Achievement Award, Referral & Relocation Certification, Certified Broker Appraiser, Centre County Association of REALTORS® Realtor of the Year – Association Activity- 2005, Women’s Council of REALTORS® Member of the Year- 1998, Women’s Council of REALTORS® State President 1996-1998 and Women’s Council of REALTORS® State Governor -1999.
· Pat is a member of the Outdoor Ministries Commission of the Penn Central Conference United Church of Christ and serves on the commission Property Committee. She is also a member of the Northern Association of the Penn Central Conference Executive Committee and serves on the Ministries Planning Committee. She is a member of the Penns Valley Kiwanis Club.
· Pat’s goal is to try and keep up with the ever changing technology in the real; estate industry and to provide quality service to her clients.
