ONLINE CONTINUING EDUCATION
The Pennsylvania REALTORS® Institute now offers online courses from the following providers: Cengage Learning | CompuTaught, Dearborn's RECampus, e-PRO, EcoBroker and NAR's REALTOR® University. We will continue to add to the course catalog as we find more courses that will suit the needs of our learners.

NOTE: Real estate licensees licensed on or after December 1, 2007 are required to take a specific mandatory course to fulfill the 2008-2010 continuing education requirement. These programs will not fulfill this continuing education requirement.

REALTOR® University

This online program instructs licensees in the latest topics influencing the way clients buy and sell real estate. The core curriculum of three courses offers innovating energy, environmental and green strategies and tools for real estate professionals. EcoBroker International has received CE approval from the State Real Estate Commission for all three of the core courses (6 hours each) and is responsible for administering this program.

Cengage Learning | CompuTaught offers CE courses for residential and commercial agents.

Dearborn/RE Campus offers high quality CE courses and a full library of professional development and examination prep materials.
