Bob has been active in the real estate profession for 32 years. He has served with the Pennsylvania Association for 30 of those years. He has chaired many committees and task forces and held the office of District Vice-President for three years as well as working through the chairs to President.

Bob was awarded the Outstanding Service Award in 1996 and the REALTORS® Active in Politics Award in 2004. He remains very active in the political arena and serves as Federal Political Coordinator for Congressman Paul Kanjorski. Bob has also served his local association, the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS® as President in 1982, 1983, and 1999. He received the REALTORS® of the Year Award in 1982 and 1999.

In his community, Bob was Chairman of Board of the Greater Pocono Chamber of Commerce in 2006. He serves on the Pocono Mountains Economic Development Corporation for Monroe County. He has served the Mount Pocono Planning Commission and is a past Chief of the Pocono Mountain Volunteer Fire Company. Working on restoring passenger service from Scranton to New York City for over 20 years, he chairs the Pennsylvania Northeast Regional Railroad Authority.

A veteran of the Vietnam War, Bob is the Broker/Owner of BOBHAY.COM REALTORS® and lives with his wife, Beverly, in Mount Pocono.
