MCE > Senior Housing Choices – Should I Stay or Should I Go?
This course is designed to assist real estate licensees helping their senior prospective clients evaluate their senior housing choices. The course will address the decision-making process when evaluating the "right housing choice." It will address the physical, financial and emotional aspects of this process.
The course will also focus on why real estate licensees should know about all of the Senior Housing choice options and how they can use the little known or understood Home Equity Conversion Mortgage for Purchase to create a listing and buyers representation opportunity when the situation is right.
The course will review many housing options for active adults to consider including utilizing the HECM Program, which helps a senior stay in their home or use a new program for purchasing a home which never requires monthly mortgage payments.
