The GRI designation after your name shows that you mean business. The GRI is the nation’s #1 residential real estate designation. It signifies your dedication, knowledge and professional achievement.
The GRI is granted by state associations whose courses of study meet standards established by the National Association of Realtors®. The Pennsylvania Realtors® Institute (PRI) is the exclusive sponsor of the GRI in Pennsylvania.
There are two ways to earn the GRI designation in Pennsylvania: either entirely online or through the classroom track. At this time, the two programs can not be combined. Members who have already begun their GRI designation in classroom-style courses must stay on the classroom track or else start over with the online track.
