PAR Agreement of Sale $50 Join Hank Lerner, Esquire as he explores the Agreement of Sale. Participants who attend this session will gain an in-depth knowledge of the PAR Agreement of Sale. At the conclusion of the course, students will be able to: Explain the major elements of the PAR Standard Agreement for the Sale of Real Estate (the "Agreement") Distinguish the differences between the 2009 version of the Agreement and the prior 2005 version of the Agreement Provide guidance to clients regarding their options in the Agreement Properly fill out and utilize the Agreement in a residential transaction REGISTER HERE
