Biography:
Mr. Goldsmith's practice concentrates in professional negligence defense, the defense of professionals before licensing boards, litigation, real estate and association law. He has litigated numerous cases at the trial and appellate levels of the state and federal court systems. In addition to appearing in court on behalf of businesses and licensed professionals, Mr. Goldsmith has represented individuals in personal injury and malpractice suits. In cooperation with the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS(R), he has co-authored the Pennsylvania Real Estate Reporter, which represents the first and only indexed compilation of Pennsylvania cases devoted to real estate and related issues. He has taught real estate transactions at Widener University School of Law and is a frequent lecturer to attorneys and real estate professionals. His comments on real estate law have been quoted in the Philadelphia Inquirer and the Pittsburgh Post Gazette.
Mr. Goldsmith is a past treasurer of the Dauphin County Bar Association and currently serves as a member of the House of Delegates of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is a past president of the Kiwanis Club ofHarrisburg, past board president of theMuseumofScientific Discoveryand past president of the Pennsylvania Mountaineering Association. Mr. Goldsmith currently serves on the Board of the Keystone Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America and on the Board of Directors of Goodwill Industries of Central Pennsylvania.
