Biography:

This year’s First Vice President of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® is Kim Skumanick.

In 2011, Kim served as PAR treasurer and chair of the finance committee.

Known for her avid interest in legislative issues, Kim previously served as the chair of PAR’s Legislative Planning Group and the Legislative Committee. In 2003, she was recognized for her commitment to government affairs and received PAR’s REALTOR® Active in Politics Award. She is a past District 1 Vice-President.

A member of the Greater Scranton Board of REALTORS®, Kim was president in 2003 and was named REALTOR® of the Year in 2006. She’s also a member of the Greater Wilkes-Barre Association.

Kim is a National Association of REALTORS® director and has served for nine years as a Federal Political Coordinator for the 10^thCongressional District.

A graduate of Penn State University, Kim is an avid fan of the Nittany Lions. She and her husband reside in Tunkhannock with their son.
