This list will be used to keep interested members up to date with NAR deadlines for requesting committee appointments, and other opportunities to become involved, e.g. notice of a Presidential Advisory Group (PAG) open to volunteers. We don’t anticipate sending a lot of emails but we do anticipate the one’s sent will have critical information for those members who want to become involved.

Committee Recommendations (Requests) – Opens March 14, 2012, closes May 25, 2012

• Please note that NAR refers to the request process as a “committee recommendation.” You recommend yourself for the committees you want to serve on. You may also recommend other members for committees they wish to serve on.
• Recommendations for 2013 committees opens March 14, 2012 and closes May 25, 2012.
• Whether you are interested in recommending yourself as a Chair, Vice Chair or member of a committee, please review the procedures (PDF)

It is critically important that your Member Expertise Page be up-to-date with your current interests and committee involvement at a local and state level. Be sure you have a current photo uploaded. The NAR leadership team (LT) often views profiles when making appointments.
