Ashland Realtor® Elected District 4 Vice President

LEMOYNE, PA (Jan. 27, 2012) – Helen Miernicki of Frackville was recently named the District 4 Vice President of the PA Association of Realtors®(PAR). District 4 encompasses Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, Schuylkill and York counties.

A Realtor® for nearly 25 years, she is an associate broker with Realty World – We Get Results in Ashland.

Miernicki is a member of the Schuylkill County Board of Realtors® and has served as board president, vice president and secretary. She has served and chaired numerous committees including the Convention, Legislative and Community Service committees.

At the state level, Miernicki is a trustee of the PA-Realtors® Political Action Committee. She also serves on the Legislative and Strategic Oversight committees and the Board of Directors. In addition, she was on the Pennsylvania Realtors® Education Foundation (PREF) Board of Directors and is a graduate of the LeadershipPAR program.

She served as the president of the PA Chapter of the Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) and was named CRS of the Year.

At the national level, Miernicki serves as a Federal Political Contact.
