Wyoming County Realtor® Named 2012 First Vice President

Kim SkumanickLEMOYNE, PA (Jan. 30, 2012) – Kim Skumanick of Tunkhannock has been named 2012 First Vice President of the PA Association of Realtors® (PAR). 

A Realtor® for more than 18 years, Skumanick is an associate broker with Lewith and Freeman Real Estate.

Skumanick served as president of the Greater Scranton Board of Realtors® in 2003 and was named Realtor® of the Year in 2006.  

At the PA Association of Realtors®, Skumanick serves on the Legislative Committee and its Land Use and Local Issues Subcommittee. Skumanick has chaired the Finance Committee, Legislative Planning Group, Legislative Committee and the Issues Mobilization Committee and served as treasurer of the Realtors® Political Action Committee. Skumanick was honored in 2003 with the association’s Realtor® Active in Politics Award.

She serves as a director of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and is a member of its State and Local Issues Committee. She currently serves as the Federal Political Coordinator for the 10th Congressional District. 

Skumanick is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and resides in Tunkhannock, with her husband and son.
