Paul has been active in commercial real estate for more than 24 years. He is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS® and TriState REALTORS® Commercial Alliance.

He is past president of TriState and serves on its executive committee as the Pennsylvania Vice-President.

At the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, Paul has been chair of the CI&I Committee and chair of the Specialized Practices Subcommittee. He has served on numerous committees and task forces, including Executive Committee, Legislative and Board of Directors. Paul is a RPAC Trustee.

He is a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania - providing comprehensive commercial real estate services to major institutions, corporations, firms and real estate companies in Pennsylvania.

Paul is active in his community and church. He was a founding member of the Whitmarsh Township Residents Association, volunteers for the Boy Scouts of America, is past treasurer of the Philadelphia Relief Foundation, and serves on the Delaware Valley Green Building Council.

He has lectured on real estate topics for Philadelphia Chapter 7x24, the Counselors of Real Estate, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Continuing Professional Education.

Paul is a former officer in the US Navy and resides with his wife and four children in Montgomery County.
