The Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® Commercial Information Exchange (PAR CIE) exists to help professionals share commercial real estate information in Pennsylvania. It‘s a database of commercial property listings & recent sale/lease comparables, and a tool for research, marketing, communicating & networking.

Community Reinvestment Project (CORE)

The goal of the Community Reinvestment Project (CORE) is to turn government-owned properties into productive use to provide workforce housing for target markets such as first-time homebuyers, teachers, firefighters, and police officers. CORE will help individuals realize the American dream of homeownership, stabilize communities in urban centers, and provide an additional revenue stream for municipalities. CORE is a collaborative effort between the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® (PAR), the individual local associations that comprise PAR, and individual municipalities in the Commonwealth.

Diversity

PAR’s Diversity section helps Realtors® increase their business and better serve diverse clients. The information includes multicultural statistics on several geographic regions throughout Pennsylvania. In addition, industry experts provide valuable information so Realtors® can make the home buying process easy for diverse clients.

Keystone Analytics

Keystone Analytics is much more than just a polling and research firm. We maintain a database of publicly-available information including voter files, demographic and census data, and a variety of commercially-available data. This information, along with survey research and technology, assists organizations in achieving their goals through enhanced knowledge, deeper understanding and thinking strategically about planning and decision-making. Using this approach, organizations can evolve beyond traditional polling and surveys to look at insightful explanations of developing trends and patterns.

LeadershipPAR

Recognizing that leadership development is an essential element in the process of improving our association and profession, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® offers its LeadershipPAR Program. Through this program, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® identifies emerging Realtor® leaders throughout the state, encourages them with timely, meaningful instruction and activities, and assists in developing their leadership skills in the hope they will exert a strong, positive influence on the future of the association and profession.
