Ron Croushore is the chief executive officer of Prudential Preferred Realty in Pittsburgh. A graduate of Penn State University, he’s been a Realtor for 38 years and a broker for 35 years. After a successful run as a sales associate, branch manager, vice president and then president within its predecessor companies (Hammill-Quinlan Realty and then Merrill-Lynch Realty), Ron became an owner of Prudential Preferred Realty in 1991, serving now as owner and CEO.

Ron has served as president of the West Penn Multi-List Service and the Realtors® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh.

He has been active for many years as a member of PAR’s Board of Directors and several committees. He is currently serving as District 8 vice president; he chairs the RPAC Fundraising and the Strategic Planning Committee, and is a member of the Executive, Legislative and RPAC Trustees committees and Business Issues Subcommittee.
