State Real Estate Commission and State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers Q&A
During the Winter PAR Business Meetings held every January, PAR holds a forum with representatives of the State Real Estate Commission and State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers to answer questions from Realtors®.
If you have a question that you would like answered by either the Commission or Board, please submit it to PAR using the Q&A form. Not every question can be forwarded for a Commission or Board response. PAR reserves the right to use its discretion to edit questions for clarity and to select which questions are ultimately submitted to the Commission and Board.
Please note that this form is available for members of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® to forward general questions that would be asked of the State Real Estate Commission and the State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers during presentations to PAR members - it is not meant as a resource for legal advice on specific transactions. Please contact the Commission and Board directly, or call the PAR Legal Hotline.
A full searchable document is available for both the Real Estate Commission and the Appraiser Board. Each document is a comprehensive list of all questions and answers, grouped by category, as submitted by the Commission and Board at each PAR Forum held during the business meetings.
