About the Cooperating Broker Compensation Agreement
The Cooperating Broker Compensation Agreement (Form CBC) provides the buyer agent, transaction licensee or the subagent for seller to be paid by the listing broker. View the guidelines for preparation and use for specific uses. Overall, Form CBC is used to deal with compensation between brokers. If a buyer asks a seller to pay part of the cooperating broker’s compensation directly, use the Compensation Addendum to the Agreement of Sale (Form CAS) instead.
