Please make it a priority to notify us if you will not be able to attend your committee meetings. In general, the bylaws* allow that a member with two unexcused absences may be removed from a committee. We ask that you contact Kim Smith or call your staff liaison at (800) 555-3390 to let them know that you will not be attending a committee meeting or the Board of Directors meeting. *Some committees have different requirements.

Monday, June 5
Noon – Opening Session and Welcome Lunch
Enjoy the opening session and lunch featuring a discussion on flood insurance with PAR President Kathy McQuilkin and Florida Association of Realtors® President Maria Wells. Cost is $15 per person and pre-registration is required.
2:30 p.m. – Navigating RPR® Mobile Learn how to maximize your use of RPR® with Ernie Bottom.
3 p.m. – 2018 PAR Candidate Interviews and Firm Forum Roundtables
Meet the candidates running for PAR officer posts and ask them questions. After the candidates speak, NAR Realtor® Party Director Charlie Oppler will address the group. The Firm Forum Roundtables will round out the session.
6 to 8:30 p.m. – RPAC Night in Monte Carlo
Be whisked away to Monte Carlo during the business meetings at the RPAC Night in Monte Carlo. Enjoy food, beverage, music, access to various gaming tables, silent auction items and sweepstakes events. Realtors® have three entry ticket choices, along with various benefits for each entry level, and everyone receives “RPAC bucks” to play at the gaming tables. 9 a.m. – RPR Commercial Learn how to maximize your use of RPR® with Ernie Bottom.
11 a.m. – General Session
Learn more about Project Upstream during the general session. Alex Lange, president and CEO of UpstreamRE, will present “What’s Going on with Upstream and How Will it Impact You.” Realtor® Pride photo will be taken immediately after the General Session.
Noon – The CRS, Pennsylvania Chapter Luncheon
Security expert will discuss Cyber Security and what you need to know about Fraud Trends, Email Compromise and Ransomware. Cost is $25 per person and pre-registration is required.
2:30 p.m. – How to Pull Your Association Reports with RPR® Learn how to maximize your use of RPR® with Ernie Bottom.
The 2017 Spring Business Meetings are scheduled for June 5-7.
There is no charge to attend the meetings. Registering will provide you with access to the information in Box and will help us plan for your attendance. Online registration is available until midnight on Monday, May 29.
