Please make it a priority to notify us if you will not be able to attend your committee meetings. In general, the bylaws* allow that a member with two unexcused absences may be removed from a committee. We ask that you contact Kim Smith or call your staff liaison at 800-555-3390 to let them know that you will not be attending a committee meeting or the Board of Directors meeting. *Some committees have different requirements.

Monday, Jan. 30 – 3 p.m. – Association Forum Roundtables
The Association Forum Roundtables will feature Pedro Cortés, secretary of the commonwealth, as well as Ray Michalowski and Tim Fritsch, prosecutors for the State Real Estate Commission and the State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers. Members will have the opportunity to hear about the continuing education audit process and common actions that result in disciplinary action. The forum will also include a demonstration of how local associations can run reports through the Realtors® Property Resource (RPR) Association Dashboard and a discussion about using those reports locally.
Tuesday, Jan. 31 – 11 a.m. – Economic and Real Estate Outlook
The General Session will feature Lawrence Yun, NAR chief economist and senior vice president of research. His presentation will cover recent developments in the housing market, the direction of home prices in the next 12 to 24 months, comparisons with past housing cycles and the economic backdrop.
