In general, the bylaws* allow that a member with two unexcused absences may be removed from a committee. We ask that you contact Kim Smith or call your staff liaison at (800) 555-3390 to let them know that you will not be attending a committee meeting or the board of directors meeting. *Some committees have different requirements. As a reminder, all meetings are open, unless marked otherwise.

Monday, June 3
12 p.m. – Tommy Choi, president of the Chicago Association of Realtors®, will be speaking on “Lessons I Learned from my Dry Cleaner” during the Opening Session and Welcome Lunch. Tickets are required and cost $15 per person.
3 p.m. – Hear from those who are running for a 2020 officer position at the Candidate Interviews and Association & Firm Forums. Immediately following the candidate forum, there will be facilitated roundtable discussions that will provide members a voice in creating an organizational structure that will meet our members needs into the future. Our strategic plan requires us to conduct a comprehensive governance review and we are committed to a transparent process that solicits member input.
4:30 p.m. – Join President McFalls for a happy hour drink before Monte Carlo.
6 p.m. – Be whisked away to Monte Carlo at the “RPAC Night in Monte Carlo” event. Enjoy food, beverage, music, access to various gaming tables, silent auction items and sweepstakes events. Realtors® have three entry ticket choices, along with various benefits for each entry level, and everyone receives “RPAC bucks” to play at the gaming tables. Local associations will continue to have the opportunity to support the fundraiser by either sponsoring one of the gaming tables or donating a silent auction item. Tuesday, June 4
11 a.m. – NAR’s Zack Rubin-McCarry and Drew Myers will present a federal legislative update for the general session.
11:55 a.m. – Following the general session, join your fellow Realtors® for a Realtor® pride photo. Make sure to wear your Realtor® blue or red.
Noon – The CRS luncheon will feature Sean Anthony presenting on how to use video effectively on social media. Registration is required and the cost is $25.
3 p.m. – Jinada Rochelle from the Pennsylvania Human Relations Committee will present “Housing and Disability, Know Your Role” at the Diversity Committee meeting.
5:30 p.m. – Take me out to the ball game! Everyone is invited to join PAR for the Harrisburg Senators baseball game. Your $27 ticket includes a picnic dinner and two drink tickets. Picnic starts at 5:30 p.m. and is available until 7 p.m. The picnic will be in the Giant Picnic Pavilion, located by right field (past first base). The game begins at 6:30 p.m. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation; the field is located about 0.5 miles away from the Hilton. Refunds may not be available after May 17. In the event of poor weather, the picnic will proceed as scheduled. The picnic will only be rescheduled if the game is postponed prior to picnic start time.
